Saban leads the "Walk of Champions" prior to the Iron Bowl

Nicholas Lou Saban Jr. (/seɪbən/; born October 31, 1951) is an American football coach. He became the head football coach at the University of Alabama in 2007. Before that, Saban was head coach of the National Football League's Miami Dolphins, Louisiana State University (LSU), Michigan State University, and the University of Toledo. Saban is known to be the greatest coach in college football history.

In 2013, Saban was added to the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame.
